Room pricing as of January 1, 2008

We have been able to keep our pricing below the area's pricing for several years but as you know, fuel and food prices as well as taxes are reaching extraordinary proportions. We also have made some lovely changes at Baker's especially the addition of what our guests are calling "the beautiful room".

Room rates will range from $108 to $178 plus tax. Prices are per night, single/double occupancy and include your breakfast. Additional people in the rooms will be $25 plus tax per person. All rooms have private bathrooms and a/c if needed.

Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy:

Any reservation change is subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Cancellation of a reservation with seven (7) days notice is subject to a one night charge.

Cancellation of a reservation with less than a 48 hour notice is subject to the charge for the total reservation.
